Pelham & Pelham, LLC was started by Debbie Pelham, CAP, HR, OM, PM solely because of her strong passion for assisting others, networking, connecting, learning and sharing. Pelham & Pelham, LLC allows Debbie the opportunity to assist entrepreneurs & business owners develop, grow and succeed.
Debbie attained a Certified Administrative Professional certification with a specialty in Human Resource, Organizational Management and Project Management (CAP, HR, OM, PM), a professional certification geared toward office management and business. Administrative professionals with a specific credential (OM) that focuses on increasing skills and abilities encompassing the duties, responsibilities, and knowledge required of an administrative professional in the 21st Century. It is the only recognized professional certification in the administrative profession that encompasses all areas of an office environment. Attending Capstone 2018, she attained certification in Project Management (PM). She continues to attend personal and professional development conferences, seminars and webinars maintaining prerequisite re-certification requirements.
Debbie has been a member of National Notary Association (NNA) for over 10 years. She stay abreast of the current state laws related to being a Loan Signing Agent (LSA) as well as Public Notary. She provides a current background check completed by NNA and carriers over $100,0000 Errors and Omission Insurance. Debbie is also certified by Mark Will's Loan Signing System (LSS).
As a current member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), Debbie continues to stay abreast of cutting-edge training on office technology and professional development from industry experts. Through networking and developing relationships, Debbie has built connections and resources both domestic and internationally.
Debbie graduated from Barry University Magna Cum Laude with Bachelors of Science in Administration.
